  • Launched company from Brown dorm room and secured $3.3mm across four funding rounds from top venture capital funds and angels, including Y Combinator, to scale platform. • Identified technical co-founder and recruited, trained, and managed a team of 12 employees at our peak. • Manage entire P&L, balance sheet, and monthly reconciliation with an annual budget of $800k. • Oversaw viral expansion to over 1,800 college campuses during pandemic as students looked for remote work. • Navigated pivot from focusing on college talent to mid-career talent, increasing average contract value 6x. • Expanded talent network to include 75k candidates across 155 countries, achieving $4.5mm in transaction volume. • Re-structured platform pricing, increasing gross margin from 8% to 22% through strategic market analysis; achieved profitability and cash-flow breakeven in May 2025. • Report to an engaged and experienced board of directors on a monthly basis and run quarterly board meetings. • Coded 100+ data models using SQL and DBT and built out 50+ custom data pipelines. Built and manage data warehouse in BigQuery and Snowflake enabling multiple BI dashboards in Metabase and Looker. • Built out 200+ automations to enable operational and marketing workflows using JavaScript and HTML/CSS. • Built Project Manager Agent to manage Linear tasks and company knowledge base from audio transcripts.

  • Joined a Series A startup as an AI consultant and promoted to Head of Product within two months. • Launched new platform SLA requirements which brought average ship times down from 14 days to 4 days. • Launched self-service brand portal to decrease contact rates from 18% to 12%. • Led product transition to a managed marketplace to match 6k stores with 300 field sales reps. • Launched a store-facing portal to drive store re-purchase rates and increase store retention from 20% to 60%. • Led a company-wide AI agent hackathon using n8n to encourage adoption of AI agents and automation. • Migrated to a modern marketing operations stack including DBT, reverse ELT tooling, Airtable, and customer.io. • Led hiring process for new Head of Product to replace myself upon departure to attend MIT for business school.
