With a strong foundation in Banking, Finance, and Accounting, I hold both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the University of Prishtina. My career began at ProCredit Bank, where I gained extensive experience as a Credit Analyst, Client Advisor, and Banking Service Officer from 2012 to 2018. In these roles, I was responsible for analyzing credit applications, advising clients, and delivering comprehensive banking services. Since August 2019, I have been serving as the Executive Assistant to the Ambassador and Finance Officer at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in Croatia. Here, I manage administrative tasks and support financial operations, leveraging my expertise to enhance diplomatic and financial functions. My educational journey started at Gimnazija Kočevje in Slovenia, where I completed my Economic High School education.
