I'm a data-driven UX researcher with a graduate-level background in Psychology, driven by a passion for using behavioral insights to enhance people's interactions with technology. My expertise lies in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods, research design, data analysis, and product development to deliver high-quality insights to clients. With extensive experience in conducting end-to-end product research using a variety of UX research methodologies, I collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the product development process. My strong communication skills and ability to foster a culture of collaboration with stakeholders from different teams ensure the successful delivery of products that meet user needs. By analyzing and synthesizing the research findings, I provided actionable recommendations that have generated impact at the micro and macro levels, from optimizing button placement on a thumbnail to guiding company-wide merchandising efforts.
