About Me I am a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead with over six years of experience scaling from a hands-on individual contributor to a technical leader. I specialize in bridging the gap between deep technical execution and people management. I hold a BS in Computer Engineering (Cum Laude) from UP Diliman , and my core philosophy is that great, scalable software starts with empowered, well-mentored people. My Experience My background is heavily focused on full-stack web development, system architecture, and talent calibration: Architecture & Development: I build and deliver scalable full-stack applications. My technical stack includes Ruby on Rails , React , NodeJS , and Angular , alongside cloud integrations utilizing AWS Services and Docker-ECS.
