I also served as a Business Development Consultant at the same company, overseeing strategy, enterprise architecture, and agile transformation.   Application Development - RRPLC - As a Business Architect, I manage all the applications requirements for a 20 person development team. - Lead the elaboration sessions with internal development and client solution delivery teams Enterprise Standards Management (ESM) As Deputy Project Manager, assisting the project lead in managing the data analytics team and federal support in knowledge sharing sessions across the enterprise to provide CIOs with product recommendations for standards and a listing on non-standard products for removal. Develop CIO, ACIO, and senior management briefings on the initiative to reduce the Enterprise Standards Portfolio by 10-15%, (~2800 products). Modernization Integration (MI) As deputy project manager assist the project manager in managing all the technical and functional capabilities for Modernization Integration related activities.
