A full-stack engineer with 4+ years in designing, developing, and managing complex SaaS-based web and mobile apps, websites, and system architectures in various cloud platforms. My primary interests are in front-end development with JS and JS-based frameworks. I started my career path as a Data Analyst. I now specialise in app development (Web/Native), designing/generating recommender systems, and creating ML models. Currently, I am helping build data science teams at a B2B start-up in hotel tech, backed by seed investments from Frontline ventures. In addition, I have been a part in developing a Health Risk Management Tool focused on the prevention and management of diseases and coded different apps using React-Native.

  • Responsible for designing and building the entire front-end experience with a mobile-first responsive design. This significantly improved our mobile user experience • Created detailed UX flows and wireframes with prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Invision & Figma • Integrated a blog system using DatoCMS using GraphQL for marketing team to share news and blogs on the website • Conceptualised and coded company’s mainstream application using React-Native, participating in all phases of application development lifecycle spanning from requirement analysis, through design and development, followed by testing and deployment • Developed reusable components in React-Native which are being used throughout the frontend development of the application • Integrated a recommender system in the company’s application which is being used to suggest users exercises based on their nutrition and medical history and on-going injuries

  • Designed and developed a dynamically rendered dashboard that handled and displayed server logs using list virtualisation, a feature flag system with percentage based rollout functionality • Used ReactJS and styled-components to contain the interfaces in different components to increase development flexibility, performance and scalability, reducing overall project size by ~15% • Deployed proxy rendering for micro-services using Github actions as the main CI/CD tool and hosted the dashboard on AWS S3 bucket

  • Engineered and executed the design and development of data infrastructure which potentially solved data lineage and governance and could handle ingestion and transformation of more than a billion rows in Google Cloud Platform • Created automated workflows using DataFlow and BigQuery to create and manage new datasets and utilised Apache Beam to execute pipelines in DataFlow • Responsible for designing, developing and delivering automated weekly/bi-weekly business reports on Google Data Studio that showed series of touch points for each client's conversion funnel • Developed the UI and deployed a standalone NextJS app to host generated reports from Google Data Studio for clients
