  - IOS app that helps people create a habit with fitness-challenges, prizes, and AI tracking. With a lot of gamification mechanics inside, we're trying to stick a habit for people. - Redesigned all main user flows and created a lot of new features. Increased retention up to 20-30% from previous launch. - Designed a pitch-deck with founders for seed-round funding. - Created a lot of marketing materials: Instagram ad, guides for bloggers, transformed UGC content into ads (that perform with good metrics).

  HRtech, recognition & meritocracy SaaS that transforms 360 review process with consistent feedback. - Designed interfaces and design system from scratch. - Created design-language with a founding designer. - Developed first version of landing on Framer with no-code to start clients outreach. - Improved main features after tests. Made retention grow with designing streaks, different entry points for different roles, and continued to improve UX. Unfortunately, we found out that it's hard to get the right retention to achieve the desired result and decided to pivot into another project.

  Worked closely with founders on a new trading Web3 platform. - Created pitch deck presentation for investors. - Designed Web Interface for mobile and desktop, wrote specifications, and created animations for user flow. - Researched and validated features, conducted interviews and UX tests. - Worked closely with developers and developed some design changes by myself with React JS. - Maintained a simple Design System for developers, helped to improve it in code base. Lead branding and marketing visuals: - Drew graphic and 3D illustrations. - Developed layouts for marketing posts.
