With a robust background spanning over two decades in architecture, design, and construction, I have a proven track record of managing unprecedented technological and operational needs, defining organizational processes across large corporations, and launching new design and construction organizations. I have long been my team's go-to for strategy mapping, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving. I started my career as a designer, but my ability to track technical detail, organize a team, and chart a path to completion pulled me into project management eight years ago. This combined experience has given me a broad and well-rounded perspective that helps me take ownership of my projects while representing diverse stakeholders. Specifically, I have experience in all phases of the design and construction process including pre-construction management, construction management, and program management. Notable achievements include leading cross-functional teams and managing high-profile projects at Starbucks and Boeing. I have also founded a successful design studio, Aubrey Design, and collaborated on numerous award-winning projects.

• Interior Architect & Construction Manager · ABC Modern2018 – Present

  Collaborated with partner and architect Craig Carney to design and renovate four single-family property flips in six years, totaling over a million dollars in profit/equity, and resulting in fantastically positive media attention.

• Senior Project Manager - Construction · Starbucks Coffee Company2013 – 2023

  Led process improvements in Starbucks' new store builds and renovations, enabling real estate, design, and construction teams to simplify workflows, adopt innovation, and deliver organizational growth. Managed a two-year effort to unify the work of Starbucks' corporate design teams across the United States, Canada, Latin America, and China.

• Program Manager - Construction · The Boeing Company via TEAGUE2010 – 2016

  Managed day-to-day construction of three monumental facilities while also forging an entirely new design and construction management business from the ground up. Built a flagship sales gallery showcasing Boeing’s latest customer-facing software and using immersive audio-visual equipment.

• Owner, Senior Interior Architect · Aubrey Design2005 – 2013

  Founded a remodel design studio that rose to the top of Seattle’s market in just five years while remodeling over 90 high-end homes. Became the first interior designer to exhibit a major presence in one of the country’s largest home improvement shows.

• Head of Design Department · Estate Homes2004 – 2008

  Promoted from entry-level interior designer to head of the design department within three years. Developed a system of specification that was later adopted by builders all over the Puget Sound.
