With over 20 years of experience in the distribution and cleaning industry, I am a passionate and driven business owner who strives to provide quality services and customer satisfaction. I have a Bachelor of Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University, and I am certified in Google Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. I have a strong interest in data-driven decision making and optimization, and I use Tableau and data cleaning skills to create dashboards and reports that help me monitor and improve my business performance and operations. I am currently the owner of The Cleaning Authority, a residential cleaning company that offers eco-friendly and customized solutions to clients across Atlanta. I oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales, to hiring and training, to accounting and budgeting. I also work closely with my team of cleaners, ensuring that they follow the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
