I am a product designer with a mission to create user-centered products that are both beautiful and functional. With experience in the design industry, I have worked on diverse products, including mobile and web apps. My skills include User Experience Design (UED), User Interface Design, Prototyping, and User Research. I am passionate about understanding user needs and designing products that are easy to use and enjoyable.   Completion of test tasks assigned by my squad leader. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Choosing colors, images, typography and layout for design projects. Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software. Creating drafts for mid-level designer’s review and making revisions based on feedback received.

• Product Designer · HNG Internship2023-09-01 – 2023-10-01

  Worked on a variety of design tasks that tested my problem-solving abilities. Gained more exposure to the design processes starting from the ideation down to the prototyping stage. Contributed to the development of a design system that streamlined the design process and ensured consistency across all Zuri products. Collaborated with team members to manage projects and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Teamed up with engineers to develop and deploy the app’s user interface and features. Researched the barriers that disabled users face when using digital products and used this information to design a product that is universally accessible. Ensured the app met user needs by conducting testing and implementing feedback.

• Product Designer · Genesys Tech Hub2022-11-01 – 2023-07-01

  Assisted my team in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for our project using Figma as our design tool. Collaborated with a cross-functional team comprising of designer, frontend, backend and web3 developers to develop user friendly, easy to navigate and visually appealing products. Worked on real-world projects where I applied design principles, conducted user research and usability testing. Had a mentor who provided feedback to enhance my design skills and industry knowledge.
