  Oversaw 123 patients and 32 staff members, assisted nurses and practiced a multitude of critical care skills, such as titrating IV medications per physician order, managing oxygen delivery systems, following ACLS protocols, and interpreting cardiac rhythms, responsible for scheduling staff, alerts doctor when patient is unresponsive or begins to deteriorate and requests for treatment re-evaluation or emergency intervention.
