  I worked on the development team for the application used by associates to process customer service calls into Bank of America. The application was written in .net with csharp and asp.net. The part I was concerned with had a dashboard that made use of AngularJS and Typescript as well as jquery to make calls to the backend services to see if they were up or down and to do a deeper dive into the status of the service for repairs.
