  As the sole UI/UX Designer on the team, I manage a variety of projects in close collaboration with Project Management and Engineering teams. My work entails the following: Conducting In-Depth UX Research: I delve into user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions, ensuring our solutions align with user expectations and business goals. Designing Low-Fidelity Prototypes: I develop early-stage prototypes to explore and validate design concepts, allowing us to test ideas and iterate based on real user feedback. Incorporating Design Systems: I apply robust design systems to ensure consistency and cohesion across all design elements, streamlining the design process and maintaining a unified user experience. Creating High-Fidelity and Interactive Prototypes: I craft detailed, interactive prototypes that simulate the final product, providing realistic previews of the user experience and enabling effective stakeholder feedback. Testing and Iterating: I rigorously test designs with users to gather insights and refine prototypes through iterative cycles, ensuring that each version meets product expectations.
