  Built, grew and nurtured the founder community of 33 early-stage kiwi startups. Managed the first cohort of the community, accelerator and fund. Took 14 startups from idea-stage to fully venture-backed funding. Grew our female founder representation from 10% to 50%. Organised weekly community events and monthly ecosystem events. Managed all social media, PR and roadshows. Built a private Discord-based online community for all founders with daily engagement.
