With a strong foundation in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from Maastricht University, I am currently advancing my expertise through the Executive Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford. My professional journey includes a pivotal role as a Product Manager at Transactie Monitoring Nederland (TMNL), where I lead a team of 15 engineers in developing data products to monitor transactions for the top five banks in the Netherlands. Previously, I served as a Project Lead at Team4Hire, overseeing web application development and managing client relations. My experience also includes a board position with Enactus Netherlands, where I facilitated workshops and managed digital platforms. Additionally, I contributed as a Software Developer and Project Manager at Maastricht University, enhancing a social platform for student collaboration.   Managing two data products at TMNL with a team of 15 engineers in a highly regulated area with a complex stakeholder environment. TMNL combines transaction data from the 5 biggest banks in the Netherlands and creates smart models to detect potentially unusual transactions, ensuring effective and responsible use while mitigating risks such as discrimination.

  Directed custom web applications development projects using agile management. Responsibilities included writing and reviewing application source code, making architecture choices, setting contribution guidelines, and setting up infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps. Managed client relationships, legal contracts, finances, recruitment, and team development.

  Responsible for recruitment, organizing speakers and trainers for workshops and talks, and managing the website and various internal platforms for communication. Enactus is a global network of student social entrepreneurs creating socially responsible projects.

  Hired to further develop a winning idea from the UM App Challenge, a social platform to connect students for tutoring or study groups. Managed the project, developed the backend, reported progress to management, and conducted user testing.
