Hello! My name is Gianna and I am an online student at Central Michigan University studying Entrepreneurship with a minor in Visual Merchandising. I have gained much experience in customer service and customer relations while working at my family's boutique for 9 years. While working for my family's boutique, I have grown a passion for the fashion industry. While I love retail and working with customers daily, I have a particular interest in wholesale, buying, and merchandising, as well as online marketing and sales. I am a very driven, organized, and open-minded individual. I am expected to graduate from Central Michigan University in the Winter of 2025.   As a Part-Time Travel Wholesale Tradeshow Representative for Koastal Konnection & Koast by Koastal, I represent the brands at major U.S. tradeshows in locations such as Dallas, Las Vegas, and Chicago. My role involves managing tradeshow logistics (setup, breakdown, and staff coordination), creating engaging social media content, planning store visits in West Michigan, and following up with leads and customer inquiries. I work closely with the team to ensure smooth event execution and help build relationships with potential clients to drive brand growth.
