Maintained detailed records of operational issues, routines, and cash transactions using Excel, and prepared daily reports to monitor campaign efficiency and status. Oversaw a campaign budget exceeding 1 crore contributing to a 69% (29 out of 42) seat occupancy rate, significantly surpassing the initial projection of 50%.
