Highlight: Built an Electronic Integrated Disease Surveillance Response (EIDSR) reporting system which is used in 100% of health facilities across the country with a 90%+ data accuracy, to provide the government with insight to determining possible disease outbreaks.

Highlight: 1. We scaled up the response call handling system from 2 operators to 64 in readiness for the first nation- wide three-day lockdown in 10 days. This allowed the response to manage and address over 10,000 calls and hundreds of cases during this period. 2. Built a biometric beneficiary registration and verification system to help in the reduction of fake or ghost pension beneficiary pay-outs by 90% after rollout.
