I grew up in a family where everyone worked in their own business or in the family business, and I’ve been heavily influenced by this entrepreneurial mindset. From an early age, I learned to spot opportunities, solve problems, and be resourceful. By first grade in the Philippines, I was already trading my lunch for money to buy trading cards—and would even walk home instead of paying for transportation just to get what I wanted. By middle school, I managed to get a new phone every year by trading my old one and making deals locally—kind of like the story of the guy who traded a paperclip up to a house. By the time I reached legal working age, I had knocked on every door to secure a job—all while excelling in school. This curiosity, resourcefulness, and initiative have stayed with me ever since. I love improving teams, projects, and business operations, turning opportunities into actionable solutions, and streamlining processes. I thrive on tackling new challenges, connecting with people, collaborating, and learning from—and teaching—others. Experienced in business intelligence, accounting, and operations across various industries. In my recent roles I’ve partnered with leadership to design and implement Power BI dashboards, standardize SOPs, and drive data-driven decision making across Finance and Operations.
