  As an AIOps Intern at Core Consulting & Innovation Sdn Bhd, I was responsible for developing and optimizing automation processes, improving system observability, and enhancing infrastructure scalability. My key contributions included: App Engine Development – Built a visualization tool using React Flow to monitor system request flows, improving debugging efficiency. Automated Log Rotation – Developed a Jenkins pipeline for automating log file management, reducing storage overhead and ensuring efficient archival. Framework Documentation & Guidelines – Created comprehensive documentation for implementing Dynatrace, streamlining onboarding and troubleshooting. Kubernetes Environment Setup – Deployed and managed Kubernetes clusters to enhance system scalability and orchestration. This experience strengthened my technical expertise in AIOps, automation while also improving my problem-solving and collaboration skills.
