Hi, I am a UCSD fourth-year student majoring in Cognitive Science - Design & Interaction. I’m passionate about analyzing user experiences and utilizing design skills to spread positivity to the world. I have experience in UI/UX design and leadership roles in organizations such as KSEA and UC San Diego. In my spare time, I love to draw, dance, listen to music, watch movies, and hang out with my friends and family. I recently expanded my experience with internships in UX & Digital Strategy at LG CNS (2025) and International Sales & Marketing at FASOO & SPARROW (2024), in addition to leading initiatives at KSEA (2020-2024).   Directed multiple projects quarterly by leading weekly leadership meetings, initiating 1:1 coaching, and resolving conflicts. Led social media campaigns and video content creation using Figma, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, achieving 4,000+ organic views. Continued serving in a leadership capacity for KSEA from 2020 onward.

  Analyzed multi-regional user behavior (36+ countries) of the website through GA4 and heat maps to uncover pain points and derive design solutions based on user research. Designed and tested personalization features—targeted coupons and upsell flows—via Adobe Target, increasing interaction and session duration. Collaborated with designers and developers in agile sprints; synthesized data findings into actionable UI recommendations.
