  ● Developed an iOS application using Swift that promotes transportation-based environmental awareness, utilizing a Firebase backend for user data storage and email authentication. ● Designed end-to-end user flows, user journeys, user personas, wireframes, and product audit driven by 2 core use cases. ● Conducted user research with 100+ participants on environmental issues, identified user frustrations and pain points, and designed multiple iOS application prototypes using Figma.

  ● Developed a User Research Protocol and guide used for user surveys and unmoderated usability tests with 200+ participants. ● Led and designed User Experience and Research Strategy, including affinity mapping, user persona, and user journeys and flowcharts, to effectively ideate user-centric solutions throughout development lifecycle. ● Bridged a team of 4 designers and 15 engineers by implementing high-fidelity designs and frontend using React and Figma, reducing design-related development issues by 30%.

  ● Built NeighborShare's (NS) analytics dashboards by consolidating data sources (ie. PostgreSQL, Google Cloud Storage) and developing frontend data interfaces, allowing NS's core team to run monthly KPI reports and data analytics and visualization tasks. ● Resolved data configuration errors within dashboards to ensure accuracy and functionality of reports of 7000+ Americans and financial data of $700,000+ in donations.

• Lead Product Designer & Engineer · Develop For Good04-01-2023

  ● Secured $1M+ in funding by building key partnerships with Okta, Stanford's StartX accelerator, and Sahaj AI to support the development of Pantheon, an internal data management tool housing DFG-specific services. ● Designed the User Experience Design Strategy including end-to-end user flows/journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for Pantheon, scaling volunteer turnout by 667% and safeguarding project data for 120+ nonprofit clients. ● Implemented high-fidelity designs in React and TailwindCSS, refining Pantheonʼs architecture and enhancing its adaptability to organizational growth and client needs.
