About

An international relations and public policy undergraduate student at the University of Toronto. I have a keen interest in global politics, diplomacy, cross-cultural understanding, and foreign policy. I am deeply fascinated by the interconnectedness of nations and the dynamic nature of our ever-transforming world. Alongside my academic pursuits, I actively seek extracurriculars that complement my studies. I participate in, organize, and moderate several Model United Nations and am committed to gaining practical experience beyond the confines of my classroom. I look forward to connecting with professionals, scholars, and organizations who share my passion for global affairs and building policies to change our world for the better!

Thrilled to share that my team and I were awarded second place at the University of Toronto Policython! Participating in the public health policy stream, we tackled the pressing issue of doctor shortages and healthcare access in Ontario. Our recommendations included boosting international medical graduates through expedited immigration, expanding residency spots, and standardizing medical resource distribution across hospitals. The judges' recognition of our policies underscores the importance of equitable healthcare access. Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change! #PublicHealth #Policy #HealthcareAccess #UniversityofToronto

Award-winning startup, Green Domino launched in the JA Company of The Year program, makes board games that educate and empower the next generation of climate activists in an enjoyable way. Concerned about excessive theoretical methods of teaching sustainability to children, the team the process to promote hands-on-learning and small steps to lead an eco-friendly lifestyle. The game consists of unique cards, spaces and series of stages which makes kids understand the impact of their decision on the environment. Furthermore, all parts are made from recyclable materials. We sold our game through word of mouth and social media to families, NGOs and schools. Additionally, it has been integrated into GIIS Punggol’s Environment Week and PYP curriculum to support teaching and learning. Our startup made a respectable profit within a year and we donated a portion to the non-profit Hemispheres Foundation for the education of underprivileged children in Cambodia.
