    I am responsible for coordinating a judicial team and conducting active case progression. I am the representative of the Registrar in Court and am responsible for calling and ending matters, taking log notes and preparing legal documetation such as Orders of the Court, Writs of Habeas Corpus, Warrants of Apprehension, Warrants to Remand and Recognizances inter alia. I also manage the Judicial Officer's docket and calendar.

    In this role I was placed in various stages of the Court process, from filing to disposition. I would have had the opportunity to observe and influence case flow management from the point of the filing of the Application, where the case would be created on the Court's system, then to data entry where the documents would be digitized. From there the matter would be listed for hearing. After the hearing, when the orders of the Court are pronounced it would be sent for perfection and signature by the Registrar and dispatched to the relevant stakeholders. I have worked in every aspect of this process and am intimately familiar with the way it works.
