• Product Manager (Lead) & Payments · thinkspot01-01-2019 – 04-01-2022

  Start-up backed by author Jordan Peterson (seed funding): a collaborative online community with over 180,000 users offering donations, subscriptions, live-streaming and other intellectual technology for authors and readers globally. Built out entirely new feature set, including unique capabilities to annotate podcasts, eBooks and livestreams - released Beta within 1 year of conception of company. Created Feature Roadmaps, necessary documents, daily sprints, UI sketches, release schedules. Worked cross-functionally with dev, marketing, sales and customers to incorporate strategic elements into roadmap. Implemented and created infrastructure with Stripe for creators to be able to offer Subscription services. Managed a team of 23 which included developers, designers and QA (DevTracks). Negotiated contractual partnerships with top 3 publishing companies to become an official reseller of their books as well as utilize their eBooks for our annotation and collaboration technology. (Random Penguin House, McMillan, Harper Collins) (140,000 eBooks).

  Attained 110% in quota as BDR / promoted from SDR to BDR within 9 months. Conducted 50-80 cold calls per day. Utilized Salesloft efficiently to create accurate and personalized email cadences and follow-ups which were 60-70% of converted sales. Worked with Marketing team on creating and refining automated lead-generation Facebook chatbot with budget of $50,000 which brought a 25% increase in leads during the chatbot campaign.
