  Manage the accreditation process according to 506(c) exempt offering type. Perform compliance due diligence for the various MLG Funds. Review Subscription Agreements, Confidential Offeree Questionnaires and all applicable Addendums based on defined regulations by the SEC for alternative investment. Process subscription amendments, extensions to existing agreements and legal transfer agreements for changes in the assignment of interest. Participate in annual risk assessments and test for adherence to established policies and procedures. Comply with Office of Foreign Assets Control requirements. Collect acknowledgments for disclosure letters and Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) supplements. Prepare and reconcile incentive promote agreements for various investment groups. Work directly with alternative investment custodians regarding platform approval, capital calls and distributions. Establish investor accounts and positions in the financial system to ensure proper taxation.
