With a solid foundation in hairdressing and education, I have transitioned into the dynamic field of UX/UI design. I hold a National Certificate in Hairdressing and Workplace Assessment Units from Ara Institute of Canterbury. My career began in the hair industry, where I served as a Salon Manager at Synergy Hairdressing and a Technical Advisor for Keune Haircosmetics, delivering education classes and managing client relationships. I also contributed as a Learning Facilitator at Ara Institute, supporting hairdressing apprentices. Currently, I am an intern at 231 / Lean Canvas, where I apply practical UX/UI skills, focusing on website redesigns and branding imagery using Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. Additionally, I am enhancing my skills through a student role at MISSION READY. My diverse experience in both creative and technical fields equips me with a unique perspective in design and client engagement.
