My name is Kaylin Mitchell, and I am currently employed as a full-time Residential Specialist at a facility dedicated to supporting adolescent girls who have experienced various forms of trauma. In my role, I am responsible for ensuring that all clients participate in their scheduled programs without any difficulties.
