Some of my past work involves helping healthcare members find more affordable medication and connecting low-income households with housing and food resources. As a systems thinker, I design feasible, scalable solutions, that accomplish both business objectives and solve user needs.

  Designing web and mobile dashboard tools to improve operational efficiency for first responders, reducing error rates in reports through automated workflows. Working closely with product and development to align on design roadmap, define and elaborate technical specifications, and write user stories.

• UI/UX Design Fellow · Florida Community Innovation Foundation10-01-2023

  Led research, design and testing for the Florida Resource Map, a resource directory tool connecting underserved communities with one of 450+ trusted social programs. Designed dashboard tools for providers to audit and manage program information to be more accurate and up to date. Redesigned search experience and redefined 40+ tags and filters to reduce time-on-task by 124%. Crafted an accessible and scalable design system with 8 new component patterns, and a token system for 60+ color, spacing, and typography styles.

• UX Product Design Intern · Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas06-01-2023 – 08-01-2023

  Delivered native iOS and Android designs for the MyBlueRx app, enabling healthcare members to order prescription deliveries from 6 new pharmacies, including Express Scripts, Walgreens, Amazon Pharmacy, and PillPack. Surveyed 49 healthcare members and conducted 7 interviews to identify pain points and solution areas to improve medication adherence and adoption of delivery services. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and product, to define and design two user flows for present and future states.

• UX Design Intern · Cboe Global Markets05-01-2022 – 08-01-2022

  Led redesign of Cboes MSCI Index Options product page, improving bounce rate and user engagement through an accessible and responsive redesign. Scaled Cboes design system, building and documenting 2 new components, leading to more efficient handoff and implementation.
