With a strong foundation in economics, I hold a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Namibia, completed in 2018. My academic journey began at Gabriel Taapopi SS, where I matriculated in 2013, followed by earning a Namibia Senior Secondary Certificate in Commerce. Professionally, I have been a Call Center Advisor at MTC Namibia since February 2022, where I excel in customer communication, relationship building, and troubleshooting. My role involves de-escalating customer issues, guiding them through product use, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service quality. Prior to this, I served as an Assistant Accounting Clerk at Loset Investment CC from January 2019, where I was responsible for verifying financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and processing reimbursements. My diverse experience in customer service and accounting has equipped me with a versatile skill set, enabling me to effectively manage customer relations and financial tasks.

Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services. Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, warranties and other account items. Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
