Kyle Thomas has more than 9 years of experience as a Software QA Analyst and 3 years as a QA Automation Engineer, with a background in Technical Support. His software experience covers manual & automated testing of desktop & web applications, RESTful APIs, and cloud services developed in .NET, C#, Javascript, SQL, Mongo, AWS, and IIS. With his computer science education, and experience at SMT, he feels comfortable reading C# and Javascript code, automating test scripts in Javascript with Postman, and analyzing log files and system errors during testing. While he has limited experience with automation testing, he is familiar with the concept and eager to work with an established automation system and senior members to further evolve his skills. He is very dedicated to mastering product knowledge, improving QA processes, and delivering quality customer service.
