I am a senior at the University of Alabama where I study Flute Performance with a minor in Psychology. My skills include time management, organization, communication, creativity, teamwork, work ethic, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. I have considerable experience with social media, as I have spent years building and maintaining my online presence primarily on Instagram @laurenplaysflute, and recently on Tiktok. I also have previous experience with customer service in my past jobs as a research assistant, fast food employee, and gymnastics coach. I am very passionate about music, mental health, and social justice, and in my spare time enjoy listening to music, collecting plants, and bullet journaling.   During my time working as a research assistant, I worked with hundreds of individuals per shift to schedule and reschedule calls, entered and collected data for research studies for the Alabama Department of Labor, as well as trained new employees in data collection and customer service.

• Team Member · Burger King05-15-2018 – 07-15-2018

  During my time at Burger King, I took, prepared, and delivered customer orders. In addition, I processed cash and card payments, making change as necessary, notified kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders, monitored and cleaned dining areas as needed, and took the necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Recreational Gymnastics Coach · Olympic Gymnastics08-15-2016 – 01-15-2017

  During my time working at Olympic Gymnastics, I planned, organized, and conducted practice sessions and workouts. In addition, I spoke to parents of gymnasts to provide information and answer questions, worked one-on-one with each gymnast to improve performance, and ensured a safe and positive environment for each gymnast.
