As a seasoned Art Director and Brand Designer, I have created solution-based design systems to help my clients solve real problems and fully develop their brand identities. I've led dynamic teams through branding, rebranding, and web design processes for large foundations, conservation organizations, museums, and impact-minded for-profits, among others. I explore how design can be used as an educational tool, and how reimagining systems can push our communities towards a more equitable future.   she crew provides safe-spaces and expressive platforms for adolescent girls and gender-expansive youth in Chicago. In order to strengthen self-esteem and genuine connection to self, students explore their identity, build confidence and collaborative skills, and address the issues that impact them. As Program Director I am responsible for the creation and facilitation of all she crew programs. This includes she crew’s educational goals through the Summer Intensive Program, the Student-to-Intern Growth Program, Youth Instructors, and SHE CAST; the podcast. I also manage all she crew related events and programs; including the booking and organization of guest speakers, guest instructors, podcast guests, live performances, and community gatherings. In addition, I work to establish and foster collaborations between she crew and other local nonprofits, such as the Jane Addams Hull-House Museum.

  Established consistency of branding for the campaign, ensured the candidate’s stance on neighborhood concerns were clear and concise. In addition, I created two original educational online videos and Instagram stories, providing entire content creation including illustration, script, and research.

  Joslin Lake Design is a graphic design firm based in Ravenswood, Chicago. JLD works with several large clients as their go-to full suite designer. From branding to product design, to print and catalog creation, Joslin Lake Design is a one-stop-shop for creative solutions. Assisted with new client intake to assess the needs of potential new clients. Creation of a new online book-keeping system that was accessible to the employees through a device. Organized back catalog of past clients for easy accessibility to important design information for future use. Assisted in managing current client correspondence, ensured that their needs were heard and delivered upon, and created and sent out invoices on a scheduled basis.
