  Lead architect reporting to the Director of Engineering. Responsible for the architecture of the platform as well as engineering processes. - Lead the release of a new platform from zero to launch in 9 months - Lead two teams totalling 14 developers - Implemented a new software development process into JIRA which improved visibility into software development metrics. Using this were able to reduce epic cycle time by almost 60% - Worked across multiple initiatives from QA to Data Analytics.
