  I took part in an 8-week multidisciplinary internship bringing together students from engineering, architecture, tech, and applied sciences to explore industry practices through hands-on modules, collaborative tasks, and expert sessions. Focused on applying knowledge in real-world production and design settings. Highlights and key focus areas: ● Built a solid understanding of how ideas move from concept to execution across various industries; ● Crafted a strong personal brand and refined my professional online presence, especially on LinkedIn; ● Applied Lean thinking and 5S principles to improve processes, organize workspaces, and boost efficiency; ● Gained practical experience with project planning and delivery in both small teams and larger groups; ● Explored ergonomics and human-centered design with a focus on industrial and technical settings; ● Learned to spot and address inefficiencies using the 8 types of waste framework, supporting continuous improvement; ● Deepened awareness of workplace safety and operator roles as core professional values; ● Sharpened communication and teamwork abilities through real-world, cross-disciplinary collaboration.

  I am tasked with maintaining, management, and constant development of the space associated with the Cultural Center, as well as, organizing activities that take place within the institution. Other crucial parts of this role that I have been tasked with are data organization, finance management, and administrative work, to ensure the proper functioning of the institution. On the other hand, I am also tasked with social media management, which involves a creative aspect in the creation of the media that is to be shared online, as well as sharing important announcements regarding the Students Cultural Center through its social platforms.

  As a Student Member of the University Senate, I have the honor and obligation to delegate on behalf of more than 21,000 students and help have their voices heard. My roles include representing the student body on topics regarding studies in higher education, student rights and student life, as well as contributing to decision-making in regards to the university's governance.

  During my internship at Pivara Skopje AD, I will be participating and engaging myself in both solo and team projects while enhancing my analytical, strategic problem-solving, and sales skills. I will work with my assigned mentor who will guide me through all the practical parts of the field and will expose me to the production and sales processes.

  During the Parliamentary and Presidential elections of 2024 held in North Macedonia, I had the honor of being a language assistant for my delegation team, comprised of delegates representing Switzerland and Turkey. I assisted by directly translating and interpreting from Macedonian to English for the delegations to better help them in establishing seamless communication between the on-site Electoral Boards in Ohrid and Skopje and them, as well as assisting with the Election Monitoring process for the Council of Europe.
