  As the Program Manager, I manage the operations and logistics of TR@TC Global Citizens, including a 3-week summer Citizen Scientist program aimed at engaging high-needs NYC Public School students in hands-on STEM experiences and supporting educators in reimagining their teaching practice. Community partnerships are at the core of our work; these partnerships provide students with real-world experiential learning opportunities and teachers with the opportunity to explore how partnerships can enhance their own teaching. I build and maintain partnerships with schools and organizations, such as Randall’s Island Park Alliance, Shirley Chisholm State Park, and Bronx River Alliance. Additionally, I organize and facilitate curriculum team meetings to ensure timely program planning and to support teachers in collaboratively working with one another to meet program objectives. I develop materials and resources to support program development and outreach. I collaborate with team members to improve program growth and research funding sources to diversify our portfolio and work towards sustainability.

  As a 9th and 10th grade Career and Technical Education Teacher, I created and facilitated curriculum that supports multi-lingual students in skill and language development through project-based learning. In addition, I have worked closely with the Director of the Teaching Residents at Teachers College graduate program to create a meaningful learning experience for undergraduate and graduate students.

  As a Clinical Research Assistant and Clinical Research Coordinator, I managed over 75 clinic visits across multiple clinical research studies by leading families through their respective research study timelines from start to finish. I developed training materials and trained 3 staff members on the team's clinic operations, as well as organized the team's data tracking process by creating a record management system for research participant data. I presented weekly data and clinic updates to a cross-functional research team, including the Principal Investigator, Project Managers, Physicians, and Research Staff.
