About
With over a decade of diverse experience across government, human resources, and IT, my career has evolved into a strong focus on technology, data analysis, and IT security. I started my journey with the federal government, beginning as a Store Associate with the Defense Commissary Agency, but quickly discovered my passion for problem-solving and process improvement. My early roles in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including positions with the Personnel Support Detachment and Military Sealift Command, allowed me to build a solid foundation in client support, recruitment, and data management. These experiences honed my communication and analytical skills and provided me with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and people. As I transitioned into the role of Social Insurance Claims Specialist with the Social Security Administration, I gained valuable insight into benefits management, client interaction, and the use of data to drive decisions. This role sparked my interest in IT and data analytics, leading me to pursue a career shift into the tech space. Now, I am focused on IT Security Administration and Data Analytics, leveraging my HR background to bring a unique, people-centric approach to technology solutions. My current studies in IT Security Administration are sharpening my technical expertise, and I am excited to apply my skills in a dynamic IT environment. I’m actively seeking opportunities in Database Administration, IT Security Administration, Technical Data Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making. Whether it's a role as a Data Analyst, IT Security Analyst, or Technical Data Analyst, I’m eager to contribute my blend of cross-functional experience and technical know-how to help organizations unlock the power of their data, enhance security, and drive growth. Let’s connect if you're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes!
