I take ownership of every layer of the product, from design to AI, and have consistently become the go-to person for AI and product direction in every team I've joined. At my current company, I lead the development of Testfuse(testfuse.com). In a recent role, I rapidly delivered on an unfamiliar tech stack, redefined the architecture, and built the first version of an AI agent for Salesforce Development.

• Tech Lead · Venturenox07-01-2022

  Led a team of 4 developers to build a pre-employment screening platform. Employed past experience and developed a highly extensible Candidate Testing System in 1/2 the time. Worked on 7 different test types including Coding Tests capable of testing for 60+ languages(using Judge0). Strategized the work on Candidate Testing System such that multiple tests could be implemented in parallel. This 2x the development efficiency. Created another Zapier app to enable external integrations in 1/6th of the time it had taken before. Integrated OpenAI's ChatGPT into the platform, improving upon the existing visual builder and significantly reducing the time required to create assessments. Streamlined Design, Product, Development, and Growth decisions to move the project forward.

• Machine Learning Engineer · Venturenox02-01-2021 – 06-01-2022

  Researched and prototyped part of an ML pipeline that automated semantic segmentation of CT scans using deep learning. Developed and deployed a microservice that utilized an open-source BERT-based model for inference and exposed an event-driven interface(using Apache Kafka). Worked on an MVP from 0, which ultimately spanned 8 microservices(Python + Node), 2 React Apps, and 5000+ External Integrations(powered by Zapier). Got to work with different methodologies for software development i.e. Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban. Used drone.io to follow CI/CD practices religiously. The pipeline included unit (90% coverage), integration, and end-to-end testing. Mentored 10+ fresh graduates for a 1-month long remote bootcamp about design, product, frontend, and backend development.

  Led a team of 2 Developers and worked on 2 cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Ported an existing React Native app to Typescript in order to minimize bugs and expedite development. Devised a NoSQL schema with appropriate indexes for an app spanning 3 Dashboards, using AWS Amplify and DynamoDB.
