  Led, managed and mentored a team of four engineers, located across three global offices. Led development, architecture, hosting, and production support for approximately 10 web applications. Implemented team standards for code quality, code reviews and development processes, as well as standardized formal documentation for engineer evaluations and levels. Worked closely with project management counterparts and team members across disciplines to drive success. Re-architected the Solr based search implementation of a global law firm to increase relevancy of results while also improving performance. Investigated, identified, and mitigated multiple malicious attacks against web applications, including non-targeted denial of service attacks, as well as attacks targeting specific vulnerable application functionality. Led development of an on-demand video streaming and fantasy sports betting web application, built in ASP.NET MVC, leveraging integrations with Brightcove, Salesforce, and a subscription payment provider.
