Anarock Forms - Cross-platform, drag & drop customizable form builder used to create and integrate forms - Designed and developed highly maintainable and extensible forms service using Domain Driven Design principles - Designed and implemented features to support user permissions, sharing, collaborative editing, field rules etc. Sales CRM - A suite of products targeted towards increasing sales team efficiency and ROI up to 28% - Spearheaded the development and release of multiple apps used by sales agents, managers and channel partners - Implemented and delivered various features in lead and user service including events, bookings and incentives - Integrated multiple cloud telephony services for call center; Designed and optimised flows for improved efficiency.
