  ● Created a claims payments monitoring tool for the E&I eCommerce team to investigate trends relating to payment volumes, declines, refunds, customer satisfaction, and disputes. ● Wrangled data using a variety of API’s including Stripe, Datadog, and ServiceNow into a PowerBI dashboard, and engineered metrics such as ACH adoption rate and Reactive VOC. ● Identified $200,000 in lost revenue due to fraudulent disputes over a 6-month period, and built a machine learning model to prioritize and alert these wrongful cases for the Optum Advisory Services team to address.

  ● Atland Ventures is the first fully independent, for-profit, student-led & owned venture capital firm not affiliated with the University nor its Endowment fund, managing $1,800,000 in assets. ● Built a binomial classification model to identify startups with high exit potential by evaluating the founding team, valuation, market growth, retention, and social media sentiment to help guide the sourcing process.
