A graduate of Rutgers University New Brunswick with a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, I have a diverse background in UX design and content writing. My experience includes volunteering as a UX Design Volunteer at Juiced, where I proposed design improvements and identified critical bugs for a new platform. At Henry Schein One, I contributed to modernizing Dentrix, a leading dental software, by creating a design system and conducting usability studies. I also engaged with the design community as a Content Writer for Creative X, publishing articles on UX topics. My role at KeHE Distributors involved designing distribution software and leading usability testing sessions. Additionally, I led redesign initiatives at Clocky, enhancing their e-commerce website and digital marketing content.

Developed comprehensive UX copywriting for user flows to enhance client navigation through the interface and reinforce brand voice and tone.
