Hi! I’m Sam Masto, a full-stack engineer and Head of Engineering at AI-Learners, where I lead the development of AI-powered tools that make education more accessible for students with physical and behavioral differences. My career has been defined by working with small but mighty startup teams to build scalable platforms focusing on accessibility, personalization, and real-world impact. While I always love to work in new problem spaces, I have an extensive background in ed-tech given my experience building educational platforms and working as a computer science instructor. I thrive in leadership and IC roles where I can drive product strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tech that truly helps people. Outside of work, I’m probably at a concert, watching a sci-fi show too late at night, or playing pickleball.
