I recently graduated with a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics and have completed my dietetic internship. Over the past few months, I interned with Fork Nutrition, a private practice rooted in intuitive eating and weight-inclusive care. There, I created blog content, wrote client education materials, and helped manage social media—honing my skills in translating evidence-based nutrition information into accessible, engaging content. Throughout my graduate program and internship, I gained hands-on experience in clinical, community, and private practice settings. I’ve written patient education handouts, conducted nutrition research reviews, and developed culturally inclusive nutrition resources. I’ve also supported content strategy and SEO writing for wellness-focused websites, helping to align messaging with current nutrition science and public health principles.
