I'm a builder. I'm wired to engineer things, make them better, innovate. That's what I've been doing for thirty years. I've been CTO. I've been CEO. I've been an engineer, a tech support person, an investor, and the one pitching to investors. I've done UI, industrial design, marketing, and sales. I've ridden wave after wave of technology change, and I always look at what I'm building through the lens of the company's greater good. Long-term leadership across multiple roles, platform pivots, and tech transitions: • Led strategy, hiring, and technical direction across 13+ years through multiple business and platform transitions. • Built and ran the automation engineering practice from inception. Replaced a 250-person manual operation with ML and LLM pipelines. • Designed and operated a global microworker platform processing millions of items at peak. • Cut operational costs by 65% through automation; eliminated manual intervention from critical workflows.

Acquired by iLink (acquisition conditioned on staying with the team). • Promoted to CTO of the iLink Group, overseeing technical strategy, acquisitions, and integrations across multiple telecom companies during an active M&A period. • Built Evonet, a free hosting platform (web, email, PHP, MySQL, SSH) for 20,000+ users with fully automated provisioning. Strategic move to attract users and incentivize private peerings. • Built a fully automated commercial hosting platform (web, email, DNS, SSH) with custom kernel patches and real- time provisioning. One of Romania's most innovative hosting offerings of its time. • Maintained a custom Linux kernel fork for 7+ years (routing, shaping, MPLS, security patches). • Operated the world's largest DC++ hub at peak. Built Evogames, the second-largest gaming community in Romania at the time. • Established 2,000+ private BGP peerings including Google, Telenor, Hurricane Electric, China Telecom. • Designed a BGP community system giving clients per-AS announcement control.
