With a robust educational background and diverse professional experience, I am currently pursuing an MDTI in UX Design at the University of Ottawa (2022-2024). I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from COEP Technological University (2016-2020) and completed my secondary education in Computer Science and Science at The Indian School, Bahrain. My professional journey includes a recent stint as a Technical Account Manager Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I honed skills in stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and business communication. Prior to this, I served as a Data Engineer at Tata Digital, contributing to data warehousing, cost optimization, and the TataNeu Super-app. I also gained foundational experience as a Tech Intern at American Express, focusing on data science and customer churn analysis.

Applied this expertise to devise a comprehensive solution for a global customer engaging with analytics platform challenges. - Leveraged AWS Kinesis for real-time data ingestion, orchestrated Glue Jobs to implement crucial transformations aligned with business requirements, and ensured seamless data storage into RDS and Redshift, fostering strong analytics capabilities. - Learn skills such as stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and effective business communication with internal and external stakeholders. - Develop the ability to track customer engagement, including scheduling, scope, financials, and outcomes, following customer contract and AWS framework recommendations.

• Data Engineer · Tata Digital10-01-2020 – 08-01-2022

  Worked as a developer in Data Warehousing - Offers track, Metadata - Golden Record team as well as a part of the Cost Optimization Team for Data Warehousing. For Offers, built XMLs using SQL and Python concepts of Apache Spark on Azure Databricks for different brands like Starbucks, Qmin, Big Basket and so on to generate Offers for customers. Also contributed to the TataNeu Super-app as the Offers developer. For Golden Record, I have worked on a large data set for multiple Tata brands like Westside, Air Asia, analyzing, preprocessing and processing their customer data to move it to our Cosmos DB. As a member of the Cost Optimization Team, we are working on techniques to reduce the amount of usage of our static and job clusters used by our pipelines on a regular basis to optimize the prices and cluster strain. Also worked on several other components of Azure like Data Factories for pipeline creation, Delta Lake Systems for data access and updation, and also resolved bugs/defects/tasks on JIRA as well as raise stories for new projects.
