Sherry Zhou

About

My name is Sherry Zhou, and I’m a senior at the University of California, Los Angeles, studying Data Theory, which is my school’s version of data science under the math and statistics departments. I am currently on track to graduate one quarter early (March 2022). I have experience working with C++, Java, Python, R, Matlab, PostgreSQL, and Javascript. Prior to this, I received my Associate in Computer Science and Associate in Mathematics, which is why I have many programming languages under my belt. When I’m not studying or at school, I private tutor K-12 students in primarily Math and English. Other than that, I have two internship experiences, both as a Data Analyst during the summer of 2021 and 2022.

  Utilized Workforce Management tools to research data and present daily findings for the 5 global CX teams. Ensured agent data logistics were accurately maintained around projected staffing, data reconciliation, and invoicing.
