Hi! My name is Solomon Bryant and I am a Junior at the University of Toledo majoring in Computer Science and Engineering Technology. I always feel like my story in regards to Why Computer Science is corny but Ill still tell you! One day I was messing with a Kodak camera and I took it apart. Once I had it apart I touched the shiny capacitor which I did not know was super dangerous. Once I touched it I felt the surge of some crazy phenomenon and I was hooked immediately after shedding tears and bawling my eyes out. I ran downstairs and went to our computer and started googling what occurred and how it happened. From there I was fascinated with the innards of machines and tools and started googling computers and their hardware. That its how it all started. Back to the present! Now I am working on various projects and trying to dabble with it all to have a general idea of what I want to do in the world of tech. I find myself loving every step of my path and I act as a sponge for all knowledge I come across. I love collaborating with my fellow students and professors and I am actively making my portfolio full of projects and displaying each one in my GitHub on its very own repository. From basic functions, applications, and open-source contributions. I would love to join any company that would have me gain inspiration and act as a sponge for knowledge in the team I join. I look to become a principal engineer in the future. I will always be inspired to expand my knowledge and pass it on in this wonderful field.

  Implemented and managed virtual desktops in a VMware vSphere-hosted Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for over 20,000 users in a clinical and academic setting. Created technical videos for packaged software for clinicians, resulting in a 75% decrease in support requests. Implemented enterprise applications using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and PowerShell scripting for over 12 medical departments.
