I am the founder of Reforma Consultancy, where I lead strategic initiatives and oversee operations. Previously, as a freelance web developer and C# software engineer, I delivered tailored software and web solutions across Europe, utilizing technologies like cPanel, WordPress, and SQL Server. I began my career as a Customer Advisor at B and Q, honing my customer service skills.   As a Junior OSS Engineer, i contributed to the development and maintenance of operational support systems, assisting in network management and support tasks.

  Managed Active Directory and group policy, Office 365 management, provided 1st line support, responded to client emails, visited client sites, fixed and troubleshot PCs, managed backup tapes, and handled VOIP telephony lines.

  Worked on the shop floor and as a cashier, serving customers, dealing with inquiries and returns, checking and picking click and collect entries, and ensuring returns were cleared from the till area.

• Back end developer · Ballongifts.nl02-01-2024

  For ballongifts, and also on their sister site fruitgifts (based in the Netherlands) I completed all back end development to synchronise orders in real time with their parent site. Orders are processed and fulfilled by a parent store, so we needed to efficiently create two way communication between both stores to send processed orders, tracking information and email correspondence. I still work for these two companies occasionally when ad-hoc changes or features are required.
