Third year J.D. Candidate at Florida State University College of Law focusing on business law. My interests are small business law and consulting. I'm eager to connect with fellow law students, legal professionals, and industry enthusiasts with experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, and creators. The Business Law Clinic at FSU Law provides opportunities to develop practical skills relevant to serving small businesses and entrepreneurs. As a Student Counsel, I will be exposed to projects such as: selecting forms for and establishing business entities; working with founders to formalize relations among them; negotiating and drafting IP related agreements; and general contract issues such as independent contractor relations, and real property leases.
